// who we are
About Trinops
Trinops started as one freelancer automating processes for businesses - starting in the transport industry, where scheduling, bookings, and customer communication eat entire workdays if you do them by hand.
After years of that work, the same patterns kept showing up in every business: data typed twice, emails written from scratch when a template would do, reports assembled by hand each month. Trinops is that freelance practice turned into a company.
// common solutions
What we’ve built
Booking pipelines
Availability confirmation, calendar entry, payment, invoicing, and customer emails in one flow.
Customer communication
Enquiries answered, drafts prepared, confirmations sent, without anyone copying details between systems.
Reporting
Monthly reports pulled from multiple sources, merged, formatted, and sent to stakeholders automatically. No manual copying between spreadsheets.
Onboarding and HR
New-hire checklists, document processing, access requests, and payroll setup triggered when someone joins. Cuts first-week admin by hours.
Accounting automation
Invoicing, bookkeeping, and payroll pipelines that pull from your systems. Numbers sync across platforms; reconciliation is automatic.
Marketing automation
Lead capture, email sequences, social scheduling, and outreach pipelines. Campaigns run on schedule without anyone hitting send.
Scheduling tools
Route and driver scheduling that replaced spreadsheets and cut planning time from hours to minutes.
Live dashboards
Dashboards that pull from your systems and update through the day. Managers see what's happening without asking for an update.
// how we think
Automation should be boring. The best systems don’t get noticed - they run in the background, every day, and nobody thinks about them. If an automation needs constant attention, it isn’t done.
We build small and test as we go. One working automation beats a grand plan that never ships.
Transport is where we started, not where we stop. The same problems - double data entry, manual scheduling, repetitive emails - exist in retail, trades, professional services, and everywhere else. If your business has a process that repeats, we can probably automate it.
// where AI fits
We’ve worked with AI for years - from training custom language models to getting the most out of commercial tools like Claude and OpenAI. If your problem genuinely needs AI, we can build it and keep the running costs under control.
But we don’t reach for AI by default. An AI call is expensive and burns far more energy than the alternative. A lot of the time a simple rule does the same job - faster, cheaper, and with nothing to go wrong. We’ll tell you when that’s the case, even if it means selling you less.
