The short version: this site collects almost nothing. No cookies, no trackers, no analytics. The only personal data we handle is what you choose to send us through the contact form.

Who we are

Trinops is the trading name of Catrin Satchell O’Keeffe, who is the data controller for any information you send. You can reach us at hello@trinops.io.

What we collect

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, and your message. That’s it. There are no accounts, no newsletters, and no marketing lists.

If you email us directly instead, we receive whatever you send - same as any email.

What we do with it

We use your details to reply to you, and for nothing else. We don’t sell them, share them for marketing, or add you to any list. Our legal basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us, and we’d like to answer.

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and the site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs. Both act as processors on our behalf.

Resend and Vercel are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. They provide the safeguards required for international transfers under UK and EU data protection law, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

Your message stays in our inbox for as long as the conversation or the work it leads to needs it. If you’d like it deleted sooner, ask and we’ll delete it.

Cookies

We don’t set any. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind. If that ever changes, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@trinops.io and we’ll sort it out. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, though we’d rather you talked to us first.
