You get a written report: which processes cost you the most hours, and which ones are worth automating first.

We design an automation roadmap: what gets built first, what depends on what, and how long each piece takes. No implementation - just the plan. For every process we lay out the options: where AI earns its keep, and where a plain rule is cheaper and just as good.
Useful when you have your own developers but want someone who has done this before to set the order of work.

Step 3: Implementation
We build and deploy automations end-to-end. You get working systems that run without anyone touching them.
Example: bookings come in by email, land in your database, generate an invoice, and draft the confirmation reply - no typing.

Step 4: Retainer
After launch, we stick around. We fix things, add features, and build new automations as your business changes.
A monthly arrangement, not a one-time project. Most clients start with one automation and add more over time.
